ARA Contingency Programs
Cooper Tires

The Cooper Tires Program will be available to all ARA National and Super Regional Rally Teams who register in advance of their first 2021 ARA Super Regional or National Rally of the year and run Cooper M+S Rally tires on all four wheels of the rally cars. Competitors must register in advance of their first 2021 ARA Super Regional or National Rally of the year and agree to run Cooper M+S Rally tires on all four wheels of their rally cars.
Any team competing in vehicles with Cooper M+S Rally tires on their rally car, along with proof of purchase from an authorized Cooper Tire dealer and Cooper Tire decals properly installed on their rally car, is eligible to register for the Cooper Tire Contingency Program.
Cooper Tires will award prizes based on finishing results in class - first in class will receive a full set of four Cooper M+S Rally tires, second in class will receive three tires and third place will receive two tires. National and Regional classes must have a combined minimum of four entries per class to qualify for participation in the 2021 Cooper Tire Contingency Program. If an ARA National Rally event weekend hosts multiple Regional Rally events, the overall results from each Regional Rally run that weekend will be combined with the National Rally results to determine placement for 2021 Cooper Tire Contingency Program prizes.
The company will also continue its social media program for national events. Cooper Contingency Teams that participate with a minimum of five social media posts during a national weekend and utilize #TeamCooperTire and tag @TeamCooperTire, @XTREMETM_LLC on Twitter (@xtremetmllc on Instagram) and @ARA_Rally are eligible. The winner will receive a coupon code from Xtreme TM LLC for $400 towards the purchase of Cooper M+S Rally Tires.
Subaru
The Subaru Rally Contingency Program offers discounted rally entry coupons for all Subaru owners and rewards for the top three finishers at ARA National Rally Championship events driving 2015 Model Year or newer Subaru WRX and WRX STI vehicles. In total, Subaru will offer over $15,000 worth of rewards at every ARA national-level event this year and $135,000 over the year.
For those teams targeting the top steps of the ARA podium, the Subaru Rally Contingency Program offers $7,000 per ARA national championship rally for the top three finishing Subaru 2015+ WRX and WRX STI drivers. The winning eligible Subaru at each rally will earn $3,500, the second fastest will win $2,500, and the third $1,000.
The Subaru Contingency also offers incentives to drivers who prepare eligible vehicles for rally competition use through the New Car Build Start Bonus. Registered entrants who start at least three ARA national-level events this season in a brand new 2015+ WRX or WRX STI will earn a one-time $5,000 start bonus.
Also returning in 2020 is the most popular portion of Subaru of America’s rally support program; the entry-fee discount for Subaru drivers. The Subaru Early Entry Fee will be $500 below the event’s posted Early Entry Fee for a national entry for the first ten eligible entries, and $300 below the posted Early Entry Fee for the first ten regional entries. This entry fee credit is available to ANY class of Subaru entered.

National and Regional classes must have a combined minimum of five (5) entries per class to qualify for participation in the 2021 Hoosier Contingency Program.
