Born out the simple desire to build upon the rich history of stage rally in the Midwest, the Headwaters Rally was formed to give regional rally teams a consistent summer event in Minnesota. Headwaters covers 39 miles of stage roads that wind through the Paul Bunyan State Forest in Northern MInnesota.
