We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons as stated during your transaction.


When you sign up for our newsletter/blog releases you consent to receive new releases via email when we create them. 


When you “Sign Up for Emails” you are adding yourself to our Email campaign list and, based on the category of information you sign up for, will receive periodic emails regarding supplemental regulation releases, event information, volunteer requests, rules updates and other information via email.

To stop receiving these emails simply unsubscribe to them using the link in each footer.

SMS Text – If you opt in to text notifications you will receive these as per the Messaging Terms & Conditions you receive when you sign up.  Our SMS text service is stored with MailChimp.  You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.


How do we store, use, share and disclose personal information:


Our company is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  


All direct payment gateways offered by and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.


We do not sell or share your information outside of our organization.  Our use is strictly to communicate information to you and to make aggregated non-personal decisions about our organization.
